Dele Alli has been linked with a move to Everton, while Crystal Palace wants a loan deal for the Tottenham outfielder

TalkSPORT understands that Everton want to sign Dele Alli, while Crystal Palace is keen to loan him out.

The Tottenham outfielder has been closely linked to the move away from the North London club amid his struggles for form in recent seasons.

Ali’s career has disappeared in recent seasons

And he could get that move on the day the Toffees were willing to sign him into a permanent deal.

Palace is also interested in the 25-year-old, however, they are looking for a loan deal until the end of the season.

If Alli also chose Everton, he would join Frank Lampard, who will be appointed as Rafael Benítez’s permanent replacement.

Former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp believes Lampard may be the one to get Ali’s career back.

Can Lampard succeed where Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte have failed?

Redknapp told talkSPORT Breakfast: “He has been linked to Dele Alli, I would love to see him catch Dele Alli and change his career.

“He’s a great talent, someone somewhere, and Dele Alli too, he needs to get back on the court. There’s a great player somewhere.”

Eagles boss Patrick Vieira is keen to add an attacking midfielder who appears to have missed the loan signing of Donny van de Beek.

The Manchester United pariah is ready to complete a loan at Goodison Park and Redknapp is also hoping Lampard can also get the best out of the struggling Dutchman.

Van de Beek desperately needs playing time because he has yet to start a Premier League game this season

Redknapp added: “Frank knows he needs some results. Surely they are sucked in. Hopefully today he is getting the Man United guy, whose career needs to be revived.

“His confidence is low, but there is a footballer. We saw him at Ajax, the kid can play a lot.

“It’s up to Frank to get the best out of him now.”
